THE VERDI CLUB RATES & POLICIES

Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday): $2500

Weekday Rate: $1500

Kitchen Rental: $500 (includes plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, ovens)

Rent can be discounted or waived when bar guarantees
are met. Bar guarantees vary.

When we cater your meal, no rental fee with 100 guests
or more.

Linen and security not included in rental fee.

A $500 deposit must be paid at time of agreement in
order to hold the day.

There is a mandatory $150 security charge for every 100 guests.

Remainder of rent must be paid 15 days prior to event.

Events must end by 1:00am.

All decorations, including balloons, must be removed
by renter after event.

The club is not responsible for belongings left behind.
